Live Sale Rules 

• Live Sale Schedule: We host Instagram Live Sales every Monday and Wednesday at 5 PM MST, unless otherwise stated. Live sales and Instagram orders are not eligible for additional discounts unless specified.

• Claiming Process: We go by the comments on the phone filming. The first comment we see gets the claim. Claiming a crystal is your purchase commitment! No put-backs; swapping is attempted but not guaranteed.

• Holds: We allow holds when customers ask to look at something, giving them the first right of refusal. Holds cannot be held longer than 5 minutes.

• Invoice & Payment: Look up your username to find your invoice and check out. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We ask that you pay within 48 hours, and you have until Friday at 4 PM MST to complete your purchase. If your order isn’t completed by then, it will be considered abandoned and items will be put up for resale. Please email us at info@pinkhearthealing.com if you have any concerns.

• No Open Box Orders: At this time, we are unable to accommodate open box orders. If orders are not purchased by Friday, they will be considered abandoned.
