All packages are shipped from Denver, Colorado. We ship all orders in Cardboard boxes or padded mailers to ensure safety. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We ship to anywhere in the world, with the exception of countries sanctioned by the US. (Currently: Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Côte D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe).
With our updated policy, duty and import taxes will now be collected at our checkout for a seamless international shipping experience. This collection will happen during the shipping step at checkout. This fee will cover duties and import taxes but may not include extra delivery charges. The country can make extra delivery charges which are the customer's responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns with the amount, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless delays are noted on our website.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping method is through UPS Ground, offering efficient 2-3 day shipping with included insurance for added peace of mind. Please note that UPS does not support shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you require shipping through a different carrier, kindly specify your preference in the order notes.
Our transparent shipping rates are structured as follows:
0 - 0.15 kg - $8
0.151 - .3 kg - $10
.301 - 1 kg - $13
1.001 - 2kg - $15
2.001kg and up- $17
In addition to UPS, we've introduced USPS Priority rates for customers seeking a more budget-friendly option. However, it's important to note that if you choose USPS, we are unable to insure delivery or provide coverage for these orders. In the unfortunate event of a lost package, we may not be able to replace the items you ordered.
While we understand the appeal of saving on shipping costs, we strongly recommend UPS for its comprehensive compensation and the ability to replace lost packages.

Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you and work with you to best resolve the issue.
If you do not receive an Order Shipped notification, or see that your package is not moving between shipping points, please contact a member of our Customer Relations Team with your order # immediately to:

Damaged or Missing Items
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and securely. That said, we cannot guarantee its condition once it leaves our facilities. If your order appears to have been damaged in transit, please contact us via email at email@example.com and be sure to include a clear picture of the item(s) in question, from multiple angles if possible.
Many of our products are fragile both physically and energetically, and we can assure you that when any of our products leave our hands they are wrapped and padded with the utmost care. We will assess damages individually and work to provide you with a return or refund accordingly.
If the return is approved, we will provide a shipping label for the return of broken or damaged items. We must receive the return within 14 calendar days after providing the shipping label. We will be notified when the return is delivered to the shipping facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Sale items are not eligible for returns. However, if damage occurs during transit you have 3 days to contact us and get a return label. After 3 days we will no longer be able to accept the sale item.
Product Missing from Order
We take our time with the utmost care when packing and getting your order ready to ship out. Although we never want to forget putting in one of our magical products, it can happen. If products are missing please let us know and we will get them to you right away.
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely and securely. That said, we cannot guarantee shipment from the carriers we use. If your order appears to have been lost in transit, We will work with you to determine the best option, and file a missing mail claim. Once that is determined we will move to next steps of replacement, refund, etc.
Returns & Exchanges
Items eligible for return include:
• Crystals (excludes Sale items, promotional items)
(All Sale Items and items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.)
Our Return Policy is valid for 14 calendar days. After 14 days from your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products (i.e.Classes)
• Sale ItemsBurnable times (sage, resins, etc)
• Items noted as Final Sale
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We may offer refunds or store credit for any of the above issues.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your card.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
