Live Sale Rules
We go by the comments on the phone filming, first comment we see gets the claim. Claiming a crystal is your commitment to purchase! No put backs, swapping is attempted but not guaranteed.
We allow holds when asking to look at something that customer will have the first right of refusal. Holds can not be held longer then 5 minutes.
Please look up your username to find your invoice to check out. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We ask you pay within 48 hours and you have until Friday at 4pm MST to checkout or your order will be considered abandoned and we will put them up for resale. Please email us if there is a concern at info@pinkhearthealing.com.
For Friday Live sales at 5pm MST they will be included in the following week timeframe to check out. We will always ask that you Check out your order within 48 hours and if you consistently abandon orders you will be blocked from our live sale.
We are unable to do open box orders at this time, if orders are not purchased by the Friday they will be considered abandoned.
